Marquise Goodwin
Kerwynn Williams

Would likely franchise Goodwin or Howard in the final round if Cooks goes.

I need to figure out whether to franchise Kamara for a 13th (ish not looking it up) or keep Gurley in that role for a 3rd. I think I can keep Adams again for a late rounder so he may be my third keeper
