FWIW, I don't think all three will win out. None of those teams are good enough to guarantee all three; KC just aren't a 10 straight win team, Pittsburgh's defense is questionable, and we have a really tough set of games.

Pitt's offense is on fire right now.  They haven't missed a beat despite losing Bell for the season.

if KC, Pitt and us win out we would then need Cincy to lose their last 3 or Denver to lose 2 of 3.  still very possible but it sucks we don't control our own destiny but keep winning and put pressure on other teams to keep up.  strange things can and will happen.

Denver's next two games are Pitt and Cinci. If Denver loses to Pitt then that game against the Bengals becomes huge; I can't see Cinci losing out because their other two games are both at home, against Baltimore and the Niners. If they were to lose two of their remaining three I don't know how the tiebreakers look against Pitt, and if they lose the tiebreaker then I don't know how they'd be against us.

Sure, but like I said, their defense isn't great. They only need the offense to have a bad day or for Ben to take one bad hit for it to fall apart, because their D ain't locking anyone down.

Their D isn't anything special.

But like i said, I think they'll ride that offense. I wouldn't expect it to have a bad day, and an injured Ben is still effective.

Denver has to come into Pittsburgh to play (good night, sweet prince), and while their remaining 2 games are on the road....the Ravens and Browns won't stop them.

We have to beat NE for any of this to matter.  That's a tall order.

losing 2 of 3 would cost them the division to Pitt but they'd get the WC over us.

No business being in the playoffs anyway if you can't beat a playoff team at home in a must-win game.

Why? Denver losing to Pitt and Cinci while we win out would mean that we would finish with a better conference record than them.

The NFC east and AFC south beg to differ.

We're 0-1 this season vs above 500 teams. Never in my life do I remember such a soft schedule. Throw in the fact that the away Miami game was a neutral site as was "at" the Giants.

yes den losing to Pitt and Cincy would get us 6 seed but if they beat Cincy and Cincy wins one of the other 2 games then we'd be out

2008 was softer, even the teams w/ winning records weren't very good b/c there were so many bad teams to beat up on.  this is similar but not quite as easy since Brady isn't out for the year.
