As terrible as the Titans are, the Dolphins are arguably just as bad and would appear to have far fewer winnable games on their schedule, so they would be my choice for the last winless team.

As for the last undefeated team, I'll go with the Chiefs since, unlike the Bills and Niners, they're not facing the Rams or Seahawks on the road in the next two weeks (also they have their bye after visiting the Raiders, who are due for a loss, this week)...

I'm kinda confused about why the Vikings and Chargers are where they are.

How is SF still undefeated with all those injuries

The Chargers hired Adam Gase to be their pass game coordinator.  They're getting what they paid for.

Gase out here delivering Herbert to the Jets in the offseason as an apology gift.

Really? I know he's been really bad this year, but this is the first year in his career he hasn't been a good quarterback. And his contract isn't that bad for a 'franchise' quarterback. This QB draft class doesn't look all that great on paper.

Obviously, it all depends on the cost. I don't want to give up all 3 picks for Herbert. But I'd consider 2.

Was debating starting a new thread about it but I'm kind of intrigued by the idea of just going from vet QB to vet QB while trying to optimize the roster around them. As opposed to going all in on a highly drafted QB every 3-5 years.

If the draft falls a certain way, I'm not necessarily opposed to that. Though at some point, they will need to take a swing at QB, even if that's a free agent.

I just like the idea of buying low on Herbert. Kind of like I wanted to buy low on Stroud if he were available, even though I think Herbert is a different class of QB when he's right. I doubt Chargers would do it, but who knows how this season will go.

The one thing I don't want to do is trade multiple firsts for a rookie quarterback, unless that guy truly looks like a stud prospect. And while this draft will have a lot of talented quarterbacks, none of them look like a can't-miss guy right now. That hopefully means they can get a quarterback with one of the 3 first-round picks, as opposed to trying to go all-in on some top-5 pick and make him the savior.

This has kind of been where my head is at lately. We're not picking #1, or maybe even in the top 5. Rather than trade away 3 hugely valuable picks, wait it out, then take the best QB on the board with our first pick.

Then use the other two to give a big boost to two other positions. Or maybe even trade out and get more ammo (though unless it's a new regime, I'd think this one would want to take players who could immediately help).

I'd much rather have Burrow if we're trading for a QB.

The QB draft class is fine.  We've gotta let this season play out.  I still think there's multiple franchise passers in the draft class.

Manning, Mestemaker, and Carr

Trinidad Chambliss and the guy he Wally Pipp'd (Austin Simmons) are there too
