Quote from: Derek Smalls on January 22, 2026, 03:10:31 PMEverything we have ever heard about Allen is that he likes being in a small market. Allen isn't going anywhere.

Bills will be fine because Allen is a stud. He does turn 30 this year, and given his playing style, I don't know how long he can remain at his peak, but he's also so physically gifted that he can probably lose some of his fastball and athleticism and still be fine for a time.

The Steelers.....good luck.
Maybe he does like small markets...but that was before he married a Hollywood starlet. Things could change.

Replacement for Stafford is too obvious a fit. McVay would destroy the league with Allen and players would be begging their agents to get them there.

It's not likely that the Bills would be willing to trade away the largest selling point for a future HC, but there are other small market teams and his wife kind of lives and works in LA.

If he's really upset about the team's decision to fire McDermott, and he starts feeling (understandably) weary about Pegula and Beane, then it's possible he can force his way out.

Josh Allen to Vegas for the 1OVR+?

They haven't even hired anyone yet.  Unless they hire Adam Gase, I'm sure he isn't going anywhere.  If every QB that had a dumbass owner left town, no one would have a QB.

Don't want this guy coaching in our division.  I don't know if he'd be good, but I think he's too smart to be bad.

He is not, in fact, too smart to suck at this.
