Apparently the chick has been arrested for filing a false report in the past. Also she's now claiming he slapped her hand (while she was giving him the finger), grazed her face with his fingers, and she wants an apology cause him standing next to her was scary.

Also she's J. Steinberg.

Claim found to be baseless via some law firm press release.  Thurman not pursing countersuit.
