Anytime somebody gets an athletic score on par with Devin Hester it's probably a good thing.

Then again who is surprised? Clowney is one of the biggest freaks of all-time to enter the NFL

I'd take Skov in the 3-4.  Smallwood has better durability and he's easily the better athlete.

Guys like Keith McGill, Cheese Jean-Baptiste, and Pierre Desir might be as well, but the first two aren't great fits in a man-to-man scheme and Desir has a ways to go.
