Greene was parked in a handicap parking space in Franklin, Tennessee on Friday evening. When a parking enforcement officer tried to issue Greene a ticket, he got into his car, maneuvered around the officer's vehicle and left the scene. Greene was charged with a handicap parking violation, driving on a revoked/suspended license, reckless driving and resisting stop/halt/frisk. Green turned himself in Friday night after learning there was a warrant out for his arrest, and was released after posting a $2,000 bond. His status for Sunday's game against the Texans is unknown.

I suppose that's an improvement of sorts, I would have expected him to drive straight into the officer's vehicle and immediately come to a complete stop.
