Server time?

I just noticed all the threads are an hour ahead of EST.

We running on carribean time or something?

There is an auto-detect button as well that will sync to your timezone.

Winnipeg, Manitoba (Central time) is the home time for the server. It's very similar to the Caribbean.

As Badge and Klax said, you can set your own timezone under Profile > Modify Profile > Look and Layout.
