When I started my lunch break today, I put my earbuds in while I was waiting for the elevator. 35 minutes later I realized I never started playing anything.

I've done that a few times.  Thankfully it's one if those things that is only personally embarrassing.

It's because you listen to such gentle, soothing music. It's easy to not notice that it isn't playing.
