Lazard is INACTIVE
I heard he had a nagging knee injury, but he isn't on the injury report so it's a healthy scratch. Usually if we have a veteran who's been sucking and has an injury of any kind, they use the injury as a way to bench them without benching them, even though they deserve it. If the WRs that replace him suck, they can bring him back next week and say it was health related, but that might get them in trouble with the league for not listing it. If Brownlee comes in and does well, he can keep playing and Lazard will continue to be "injured".
