As things stand now, nothing has changed from last year. This is still a full-PPR superflex league with a snake draft.

I realize that time is short but I'm prepared to make changes if there's enough support for them.

MB suggested bring back keepers and raising dues to keep things more competitive and reuben suggested switching to an auction draft and reducing roster sizes by a spot or two.

I loved keepers because they gave each team a bit of identity and they created incentive for teams that had fallen out of the race.

Keepers are fine...what wasn't fine was having 3 of them.

Didn't you threaten to quit the league if we didn't abolish keepers immediately?

Yes....but notice how i said "what WASN'T fine was having 3 of them".....them being keepers.

keeping 1 player is a reasonable compromise.

I would be down for adding keepers. In my home league we have a year limit on years kept which works pretty well.

Would also increase buy-in.

ljf has requested that we push the draft back an hour (to 9pm EST). Any objections?

I'm in favor of adding a keeper. How long can a player be kept for and does he get kept in the round he was drafted in (stepping up annually like before)?

I'm good with whatever is decided.

here's my suggestion:  keeper duration (4 years), and round that he was drafted escalates +1 after every season kept.

What if we did like a quasi dynasty keeper situation where you can only keep a player if you draft/claim them as a rookie, but can only keep them for 4 seasons (similar to how their contracts work)?

Round escalates each season.

I would assume this would be optional...what if you don't end up drafting any rookies?  Or are you making "drafting a rookie" mandatory
