For me, it's any TE in Rd 1

I'm cool with Mayer or Kincaid in Round 1.  We'd have to move Conklin/Uzo for it to make sense. 

Kincaid has the best hands in the draft.

Rodgers has always had great rapport with TEs.

I don't see Conk, Uzomah, or Ruckert doing that.

I don't really think he'd be Hackett's favorite TE. We could carry 4 TEs though.

The only realistic players I don't want to see us draft are any QB, Tyree Wilson, or a corner. You can realistically justify basically any other pick

We absolutely should keep four tight ends, but if we draft one in the first round, we need to move Uzomah or Conklin. 

Move one of them and add the Rodgers' favorite Marcedes Lewis as a blocking specialist.

That's a strong group with a couple nice special teams contributors.

It's hard for me to see Douglas using a premium pick on a tight end though.
