Mitchell has the skillset to be a fantastic return specialist too.  If he slips into the 5th round, I think he's one of our top targets.

He’s a stud. Getting him would be a coup for our LB corps. Could absolutely start immediately and take over for CJ in a year in the middle/as a leader of the D.

I think we'll need to move up into the first round to get him.  We definitely should. 

I like Joe Tippmann too, though I worry about the pad level of a 6'6" center.

Probably. 

I like Tippmann too, and Steve Avila even more (cause of his versatility to play C and/or G).  We should be able to land one of the 3 at 42.

I'm sure he is. Every year there are players I choose to dislike for spurious reasons and I see no reason to change that policy.

steve avila is a very good sports name and should have no negative implications on his chances of making it in the nfl
