I'm sure he's not a bad guy, he's just insanely douchey. I'm naturally annoyed by self-promoters, but that's his gig, so I get it. Obviously it works for him. He's a Jets fan and he seems to try to help people, so he's alright I guess. Except that video of him at the draft after we drafted Nacho. freak him for that.
I'm a big Vaynerchuk fan. Yes, he might have started life on second base, and yes, he was wrong about Sanchez, but his messaging (corporately) is largely excellent. As professional speakers and motivators go, and I don't like most of them, he'd be way up there on my list precisely because he isn't a douche. He encourages people to do the right things in the right way and for the right reasons. I will happily defend him.
