They might not be on ESPN, but plenty of Giants have gone on to broadcasting careers - Strahan, Tiki Barber, Phil Simms are all obvious examples.

that list in the NYPost was well over 10.  In the Jets case, the majority of them couldn't cut the mustard in the league and retired in shame to a career in broadcasting.

Rex, Sanchez, Mangini, McElroy, Herm Edwards, Tanny.

I still think Mangini deserves another shot at being a HC.

Three of those guys were keys to one of the most successful periods in recent team history, and reached a level most players, coaches and GMs never hit. Another one was an architect of that period, and another one has over two decades of experience in the NFL as a player and head coach. "Couldn't cut the mustard in the league" isn't really true at all of any of them except McElroy.

They all fizzled out before they should have.  My point stands.

Rex being the biggest fart of them all.

Kind of funny this is an article now. ESPN has been signing ex-Jets coaches and players for years.

There was a time where ESPN had Parcells, Mangini, Holtz, and Herm all at the same time, and this was before Rex.

I think Cardinals, Bears, and Colts are all potential trading partners.  All are short-handed in the mid-rounds:

CARDINALS
Round 1: No. 16 overall
Round 2: No. 49
Round 5: No. 160
Round 6: No. 223 (from Vikings)
Round 7: Nos. 243, 247 (from Bears through Raiders)

BEARS
Round 1: No. 20 overall
Round 2: No. 52
Round 3: No. 83
Round 5: No. 164
Round 6: Nos. 204, 208 (from Seahawks through Dolphins), 221, 228

COLTS
Round 1: No. 21 overall
Round 2: No. 54
Round 4: No. 127
Round 5: No. 165
Round 6: No. 206
Round 7: No. 248

Minnesota has a lot of maneuvering cheddar in the mid-rounds too:

Round 1: No. 14 overall
Round 3: Nos. 78, 90 (from Ravens)
Round 4: Nos. 119, 125 (from Bears), 134 (from Bills), 143
Round 5: Nos. 157, 168 (from Steelers through Ravens)
Round 6: Nos. 199

Tiny hops obviously, but I've seen AVT go at 22 in mock drafts too often for my liking.

Technically nothing in here doesn't belong. Unless it's something worthy of a new thread.
