Detroit released Marcus Gilchrist. Who apparently they'd only signed 48 hours earlier.

He wasn't elite, but I thought he was better than scrapheap bad.

He was utter dogshit in 2016. I remember constantly screaming at my screen cause he blew his assigment and was more than happy when the Jets cut his derriere. Good riddance on the Lions end.

That would be interesting. Maye has played well and I like him. But this could be his peak trade value, particularly with his injury history and contract situation.

I'm not opposed to trading anyone. We need to redirect assets to the offensive line. If that means getting draft picks for guys like Robby, Leonard and Marcus, so be it.

You are probably right that his trade value is at his peak but we cant blow everything up.
