That was an absolutely dominant first 35 minutes from the US. That was about as good as I’ve ever seen a USMT pass the ball. They seemed to take their foot off the pedal a bit after the goal but seemed to be finding their footing in stoppage time. I hope Geg doesn’t park the bus and the boys keep buzzing. Hell, even Tim Ream looked good in that half. Three points would be humongous.

very annoyed that Ream is on this squad
He shook my hand breed tub and walked away

Super impressive start. 40 more minutes.

Not a huge fan of these substitutes but time will tell.

I think Pulisic has actually looked great. Assisted the goal, several nice runs. Their offense is running through him. Like Robinson a lot too. He is super talented. Great wing back.

He's looked better in the second half and had the nice play on the goal so I might have been too harsh.

Unnecessary foul. I would have taken the draw pre-match, but now anything less than 3 wouldn’t feel right.

I hate to crap on over aggressiveness but we’ve been guilty of it a few times today. Didn’t agree with Dest’s yellow, but the rest of them have been deserved.

Smart play by Acosta to take that foul.

Yeah, he had almost a killer giveaway a few minutes earlier but the foul was huge. Bale could have definitely scored from there.

lol, just hate Yedlin. Sorry.

I know nothing about soccer, but that ref looked overwhelmed and inconsistent with his calls

I didn’t really have an issue with the ref. He got a few wrong, but he didn’t effect the outcome of the match at all imo.
