Fantasy Hockey

Does anyone know anything about fantasy hockey?  I am dabbling in nightly $1 leagues, and am looking for a solid strategy. 

I am looking for poor defensive teams, and players on the opposing team that shoot a lot, right now. Hoping to get lucky.
