He showed lots of talent and was always near the ball even in the beginning. Just played without any discipline. Props to Moseley too who Lil Q also credits with helping him mature.

I remember thinking when we hired Saleh and Ulbrich that we were going to develop a stud linebacker from a late round pick. We drafted Nasrildeen and Sherwood thinking it would be one of those guys. A couple months later it was Quincy we scraped off the scrap heap and he ended up being the guy to grow into a stud.

Both are playing phenomenally. Don't really care which is better because both are great. Quincy was always an athletic freak who could hit. He was always fun to watch when he made plays and frustrating when he'd screw up. The screw-ups have now become extremely rare, and his athleticism shows up even more. He's had so many wow plays in pursuit in addition to his big hits.
