Same.  I'd prefer the Bears except it's Thanksgiving weekend so family and all...

freaking sucks.  Phags game is fall break for my kids.

Selfishly, because I'm planning on going to Pittsburgh for the road game week 4 my vote, in order, would be:

1. Pats
2. Ravens
3. Bears
4. Phins

11/6 Bills
12/18 Lions

I usually don't like mixing the home opener with our tailgate, 10/30 is probably gonna bump into some Halloween excrement, 11/27 will conflict with Thanksgiving weekend plus the added travel congestion, and 12/22 is probably not feasible for anyone but locals.

But of course, at this point I'm available for any of them.

Yeah, that game has little going for it but the date is indeed good.

9/25 should have beautiful weather, 10/9 is a holiday weekend, and 12/18 is a very winnable game.

12/18 is definitely out as a choice for the main tailgate for me, Mrs E really wants to come this year and she hates the cold. I'm only 6 hours away now though so if we're still somehow competing at that point pretty much any game is an option for me now if it's a good game and there's a tailgate happening.

If the main tailgate is week 3 or 5 then I'm sure I can swing it, it probably just means that Pittsburgh is exclusively a boys' trip. Which obviously would be awful and I'd hate every minute of it.
