Coaches get an up close look at how players act around their teammates and in practice.  It's very important. 

Makes a huge difference to fill your locker room with guys you're sure about.

Don’t care why, just glad to have the opportunity. The Hets haven’t worked the senior bowl in my lifetime, despite picking top 10 a lot of times during that span

 announced which teams the six quarterbacks will be on:

#Lions will coach Liberty’s Malik Willis, North Carolina’s Sam Howell and Western Kentucky’s Bailey Zappe.

#Jets will coach Pitt’s Kenny Pickett, Cincinnati’s Desmond Ridder and Nevada’s Carson Strong.

I'm sure you're right, although if I'm Detroit I probably don't want to take a QB 2nd overall in this draft but I probably want to have a long hard look at the second tier of QBs I could have available to me at 27 or 34.
