boyer is quietly one of the top ST coordinators in the league.  It says something when you can survive a Gase regime and still retain your job.

Flores fired a crappy OC and took playcalling duties away from a struggling DC.  The changes he made were for the best.  I don't get this one.  Seems like Grier pulled an Easterby.

I watch a lot of defensive football just in case there's a slim chance I hang up my sales manager shoes and go back into the wide world of coaching. 

Flores is one of the best in the business at disguising coverages.  It helps to have an all-world corner on one side of the field too though...
