I'd put money on that being a firehouse kitchen.

How is potato, cheese and gravy baked inside bacon any different to bacon, cheese and gravy on top of baked potato?

Also, baked potatoes are awesome. It's all about the treatment. Pizza bases are boring garbage until they have sauce, cheese and toppings added, and then they're elite.

A baked potato with nothing on it is still a baked potato. A pizza crust with no sauce or cheese is not a pizza.

Who eats a baked potato with nothing on it?

I like my baked potato with just a little salt and pepper.  Maybe a tiny but of butter if I'm in a fancy mood.

Smoky Joe knows how to top a backed potato.  Cheese, bacon, and chipotle garlic ranch.

By the transitive property, you just equated a baked potato to poutine.

MB, is that an OK thing to say?
