Skyline chili is on my list of things that I would try if I found myself there, but have very little interest in making an effort to do so. It sounds pretty shitty.

In theory chocolate makes sense as a flavour in chili like in a mole, but it would need to be dark, bitter chocolate and I'll bet they use shitty sugar laden garbage.

  Yup, dark unsweetened enriches the flavor however brown sugar can be (sparingly) used as well.

I feel like there's no inherent reason chili, cheese, and pasta can't be combined to make a palatable dish, but Cincinnati just went ahead and picked the laziest possible way to do so.

Apparently what you named is called a 3 way, add in a layer of beans and raw onions for a 5 way.

It all looks gross either way. I’ve had more appetizing looking chili come out of my poopchute.

One of the local craft beer places has been putting out a Mtn Dew clone. I haven't tried it yet but it always sells out instantly when they release it.
