Bingo. Lamar will murder bad teams and if he breaks free he can damage good teams, but when he has to throw the ball he will never be exceptional. That’s why I can see him winning a title as long as he has Mahomes in his conference, unless in that game he literally has to do nothing as his defense gets five turnovers or something like that.

Lamar is just another passing gimmick in the league. It will only get easier to figure him out in time.

The Ravens front office is smart so I wouldn't be surprised if they do have some serious reservations about signing Lamar longterm.
