The #49ers are placing CB Richard Sherman on IR today, sources say. He’ll be sidelined at least three weeks. Exact injury unclear but am told it’s a leg issue.

Early 49ers injury woes:
* CB Richard Sherman: leg, IR (short-term)
* TE George Kittle: knee (iffy for Week 2)
* WR Deebo Samuel: foot, IR (short-term)
* WR Brandon Aiyuk: hammy (missed Week 1)
* WR Jalen Hurd: knee, IR
* C Weston Richburg and DEs Ronald Blair/Jullian Taylor: PUP

49ers iOL depth chart is looking shaky, hopefully that bodes to our advantage since we have guys who should be able to create interior pressure. They have Trent Williams and McGlinchey as their OTs.

The Bills are better than this version of the 49ers.

I don't think this version of the 49ers is a playoff team. I'm not going to go out and say we should beat them, but we should absolutely be competitive.

This game is just going to be awful. 2-0 9ers.

Richard Sherman isn't the only #49ers cornerback injured Sunday. Per a league source, Ahkello Witherspoon suffered a concussion and is in the concussion protocol. He will take over for Sherman when cleared.

I'm really trying to convince myself to take Jets +7 but it's just so ugly.

I am interested to see what the total points scored for Jets in the first half will be. Whatever it is though, take the under.

My biggest wins were on that wager during the 3 weeks last year Sam was out. Gase quit, we had no backup QB, profit

Jamison Crowder popped up on the injury report today with a hamstring issue. #Jets HC Adam Gase did not mention Crowder before practice, indicating injury likely occurred during. Obviously, not a great sign. Gase will speak tomorrow.
