2.  Zach Wilson - QB - BYU
23. Jaelen Phillips - EDGE - Miami (FL)

Toney went 20 to the Bears.  Horn went 22 to Arizona.  Went with the best 4-3 player available. 

I'm not high enough on Rashod Bateman to pass on a high-end EDGE prospect.
