Forgot to mention that’s Hartford on I84, right before the city and the tunnel. One of the most miserable and dangerous stretches of highway outside of NYC. I was expecting the cop car to get rear ended at 80mph the entire video

Bad enough the guy had his hands up and those jerks outnumbered him like 7 to 1.  One amusing take was the tongue-tied girl:

my initial thought was that they tased him because he was reaching towards his back/pocket and they did it for what would be obvious safety reasons

but after re-watching it a couple of times i think they actually ask him to take his backpack off to put it on the ground, and as he moves his hand towards one of the straps to take it off, they tase him lol
