Syracuse QB is a moron.  Thankfully.

That was so painful to watch their “and goal” sequence of plays. But 3rd and 4th down plays are absolutely inexcusable. I know Culpepper is not a good QB but he’s a 5th year college senior who has started a handful of games in his career, that cannot not happen
Need a new one for a new board...

In fairness that's a serious of clips of defensive failures, when the biggest problem at Michigan under Jim has been their inability to consistently score points. They've had a lot of good defensive players go to the NFL in the last four and a half years, but other than a couple of OK linemen they've produced freak all on offense. The best weapons they've sent to the draft in his time have been Jake Butt and DPJ; that's a pretty sad indictment of a supposed offensive genius. I'm very much done pumping his tires.

I'm not going to be mad if we hire him. We should definitely interview him, because I think that if someone is giving him good players he can still turn them into a good team. I'm definitely not blaming him for not turning Speight and Patterson into stars, but at the same time he played his part in recruitment so he shares blame for their failures.

I'd still be very OK with Jim, he's just not top of my list any more. Day and Pederson have the top two spots now.

We should not interview him.

Why would we interview a terrible candidate?

Why change the record now?

What about his predecessor?  I'm serious.  Have the chest pains subsided (guy's only 58)?  And yes, there was the alleged knowledge of his assistant's domestic abuse patterns (vs. e.g. MacDuff's efforts in that regard) but at this stage of the game, Trevor Lawrence behind an Urban Meyer-assembled OL/roster trumps Mac-Sam?

BYU vs. Liberty is no longer happening because Liberty has COVID issues.

BUT

BYU vs. Coastal Carolina is now happening.

Coastal actually has a really good defense too, but BYU and Wilson should shred them.

They had four high snaps before that decision.  Napier went for the win on third down by throwing it and it was incomplete.

It was genius coaching to take the safety there and he put faith in his defense.

People taking that play out of context will kill him for it.  Their long snapper was useless and it was pouring rain.
