The New Jersey Devil keeps knocking over my trashcans at night and taking out credit cards in my name.
I will never understand this rhetoric about how it's a personal matter and I'm going to do what's best for me.It's actually not a personal matter. It's a communal matter. Your actions effect every single person around you. If you don't want to abide by the community recommendations than deal with consequences. In this case strict rules to keep the community and more importantly business safe.
