It’s the Jets lucky day and all the OL are available at 11. Who’s the best fit and why?

Wirfs is my choice.  Dude's got elite athleticism and versatility.

Wirfs feels pretty busy proof. He has exceptional athleticism giving him every opportunity to excel at LT. He has loads of experience at RT to fall back on if he fails on the left. If he somehow manages not to be great on the outside tons of people believe he could be a guard on the caliber of Quentin Nelson/Zach Martin.

I agree.  Wirfs may be a better guard than tackle.  Wills is a close 2nd but Becton has the size and speed for that size that could lead him to be a perennial all-pro at LT as he improves technique.  That extra ceiling over all the rest makes me pick Becton.

I hate to compare him to Jonathan Ogden  but its hard to ignore the size comparison at least.

The Bryant McKinnie comparisons have always been there for him.

He loves football and he has managed his weight so far during his career.  The dude is just an absolute freak of an athlete at the tackle position. 

Tristan Wirfs is an elite testing athlete and he moves extremely well, but he doesn't have the same kind of power that Becton shows.

Becton reminds me of Mckinnie and Ogden

I got him as the highest ceiling.  He's the one I least expect to fall with at least 3 teams needing OT in front of us

Wirfs would be my 2nd choice , versatility and athleticism

Wills 3rd .

Mekhi Becton and Quenton Nelson are the 2 best finishers in the run game that I’ve evaluated since 2003.

PFF has Becton as the 5th ranked OT behind Josh Jones

Mekhi Becton is the best run blocking lineman I've seen since 2002.

Becton is 6'7 364 and he's not even 21 years old yet.

He has more potential than ANY prospect that I can remember.

I'm happy with any of the 4, but I still also lean Thomas...maybe Wills close second.
I like each of their respective floors, esp Thomas. But I also agree that Becton has an insane ceiling.
