Got it. I thought the dim sum was a 'small dish' reference but TIL that dim sum literally translates to "touching heart" so you were spot on.
As for the 'storage lady' above, she's good money as well - reverse the gif sequence and she plies you with Smirnoff's then hides your car keys, keeping you out of trouble.
