I don't think I've ever been more confident in a coach's ineptitude than I am with Jim Caldwell. I've never seen him look anything but terrified and confused on the sidelines.

If they fired Rex, I would rather see Brian Schottenheimer then  Jim Caldwell, I think he would be more "successful".
