This thing wrecked me. My wife and I spent our entire week vacation in bed. Doc wanted us to go to hospital because of oxygen levels (mine dipped to 89 multiple times). Fortunately, we both recovered, but my cough feels like it's gonna be here long after the tailgate.
We were so pissed because we've been those holdouts still masking up and everything. We finally relented around mid-August and it took like 2 weeks to get screwed. All I want is twice-yearly boosters. To me, that's how we go back to "normal." I get that many people won't take it, but give me the option. I hate needles, but I'm happy to get jabbed if it keeps my antibodies high enough that I never feel like that again.
