Quebec has announced it will be sending a bill for a supplementary healthcare tax to every resident who isn't vaccinated. They already banned anyone unvaccinated from entering an SAQ (Government retail chain for liquor, the only place where you can buy spirits in the province) which resulted in a quadrupling of daily first doses.
God bless those crazy Frenchies, they're not taking prisoners. All being well they'll move to nailing the unvaccinated in their homes next.
