...So in other words, Rand was right and Fauci is a freaking liar (among other things).
“The research plan was reviewed by the NIH in advance of funding, and NOH determined that it did not fit the definition of research involving enhanced pathogens of pandemic potential,”
"Analysis of published genomic data and other documents from the grantee demonstrate that the naturally occurring bat coronaviruses studied under the NIH grant are genetically far distant from SARS-CoV-2 and could not possibly have caused the COVID-19 pandemic. Any claims to the contrary are demonstrably false."
No.They were trying to see if a naturally occurring virus could infect humans, they didn't engineer a virus with the intention to do that. Despite this, the grantee failed to report the unexpected finding, not NIH. Rand the fake eye doctor is twisting things around in 20 different directions because his ignorant followers don't bother reading and will be confused easily and believe him if he tells them anything.
Ban MJ.
Your misconstruing his position, but that's to be expected considering the rest of this rhetoric.
You want to believe the politician, go right ahead.
That also applies to the government agency and unelected bureaucrat that's already been caught red handed.
As googling "HHS letter to James Comer" returns nothing useful, perhaps you could actually provide a link to it rather than expecting people to burrow around in arcane corners of interbranch communications.
I'll gladly do a trade off, we fire Fauci into the sun and everyone stops repeating boomer conspiracy theories.
Experiments that can endow viruses with new abilities — sometimes called “gain of function” — have caused particular concern.
Ms. Myles dismissed the claim that EcoHealth’s experiments constituted gain-of-function research. She acknowledged that the findings in mice were “somewhat unexpected.” But Ms. Myles said the agency had reviewed the research described in EcoHealth’s progress report, and said it would not have triggered a review under the stricter protocols for P3CO studies.“The bat coronaviruses used in this research have not been shown to infect humans, and the experiments were not reasonably expected to increase transmissibility or virulence in humans,” she said.
So the NIH specifically say that this was not gain of function research. From the NYT article:And the NY Post decides to go with the headline:NIH ADMITS US FUNDED GAIN OF FUNCTION IN WUHANRemarkable.
The overall point being that one didn't have to look under 'arcane corners' i.e. the friendly fire NYT or the MAGA trash NYPost, etc....
But CRT says POC shouldn't get vaccinated because of years of TuskegeeGuess it's not just boomers haven't stupid freaking conspiracy theories
Florida with the lowest COVID infection rate out of any State in the country. Thank you Governor (hopefully future President) DeSantis.
