How do you propose Biden and Cuomo overcome the anti-vax sentiment that has been and continues to be propagated almost exclusively by Conservatives?

Any objective look at demographics in terms of who hasn't gotten vaccinated would tell you that Cuomo (who was an abject failure on multiple fronts), and Biden have failed to appeal to their own constituency on that front.

Lets just be real here, Biden had no plan whatsoever.

The vaccines are doing their job quite well.  Preventing major illness and death.  Breakthrough cases happen, but are nowhere near the problem unvaccinated people are.  I don't think the problem is normal healthy adults needing a 3rd vaccine.  That isn't the reason hospitals are clogged.  The issue is getting unvaccinated people vaccinated.  I can't fathom why health care workers aren't mandated to get vaccinated or why they wouldn't want to be.

3rd vaccines should be available now for old people and immunocompromised people.

Not to mention that reminds me that Americans have been neglecting seeing their PCPs the last 2 years. People's underlying health problems are being underdiagnosed and undertreated.

The correlation between vaccine refusal and voting Conservative is overwhelmingly in evidence on both a micro and macro scale. A massively smaller subset of left leaning voters also being reality defying fuckwits does not make this an "all people same" situation.

How do you propose Biden, or indeed Trump had he won a second term, get that massive bloc of Conservative antivax plague rats to do what they should have done months ago?

I never bothered because I'm lazy, but this whole thing has brought home the importance of vaccinations to protect others. At least it has for people who have been paying attention.
