Federal employee lists and OSHA aside, to enforce this in the private sector will mean the Labor Dept. will need a Planning Dept-like Division to establish a database list of all businesses with > than 100 employees.  From there, their job of 'checking' just begins.  Well-meaning yes but this is also going to be a freaking administrative nightmare (and for something that unfortunately shouldn't even need to be in play).  These selfish fucks plss me off - just get the freaking shot already.

Also, if the US is anything like Canada then OSHA will do little or no proactive enforcement. They'll wait until an employee calls in breaches then decide whether to investigate.

Military personnel just walked off the job, did they? And not just any military personnel, but the most highly trained personnel in the force. The kind who would know that the elimination of external factors is critical to them functioning at the level they need to. Human FOD, if you will.
