You have Republican politicians, FoxNews, and the former President who have repeatedly been on point in terms of the messaging for over half a year now re: get vaccinated.
Where's the culpability for the influencers, politicians (including the current POTUS and VP) and media members who initially both casted doubt on Trump's claim and the efficacy of the vaccine itself?
The messaging from Trump, Republicans, and Fox News has been nothing short of a cluster freak of mixed messages. To call it anything different is ridiculous.
That said there's an insane double standard and ridiculous amount of hypocrisy. Republicans are (described by the mainstream + social media) retarded ignorant inbred hicks who are too stupid to go get vaccinated.
But the pathetic rates of vaccination in the black community is completely justifiable and just goes to show how racist America is.
It should be a reasonable point of bipartisan agreement. Don't be a freaking retard and go out and get vaccinated. Instead it's some fantasicle narrative
