Just an interesting thing I don't think has really been focused on in the media is how severely fucked healthcare is in the United States right now (I assume also world wide)
The mass exodus of healthcare workers has been enormous and seemingly is compounding constantly (ie people were overworked underpaid, so they left making it even worse for the people who stayed leaving further etc etc) and once healthcare data catches up you'll see the data reflecting it (people dying in hospitals at a much higher rate).
Two hospital systems I've worked with have had to legitimately enable illegal staffing practices in order to staff themselves (still extremely poorly) on a daily basis.
Definitely the next big pandemic
