Really dumb by Cuomo (not surprising).
If I were in his shoes, I'd constantly push the narrative that I acted on the information I had received to that point from the people with the most data--the federal government. The narrative that Trump's administration withheld critical information to contain public reaction is a red carpet Trump himself rolled out.
But Cuomo is a dipshit.
