I think that if you go into a store without a mask then you're a bit of a dick, but I'm not sure it quite warrants this kind of mob reaction. I will never not appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness of the average New Yorker though, even when it might be slightly more civilised to hold your tongue. I'd rather have an honest overreaction than snide backstabbing.

Juan in a Million had a line of about 25-30 idiots on Sunday morning and about 75% of them weren't wearing masks.

Indoors or outdoors? Indoors definitely, outdoors maybe depending upon circumstances.

This is what it looks like most weekends. 

Similar distance between people this weekend.

There's another place in the same neighborhood with a similar setup and they've closed through mid-June because two employees tested positive for COVID.

TBH I don't have a massive problem with that picture. They should probably leave a bit more space between each other but I don't see this as being a particularly risky situation, and I might very well not bother wearing a mask here either. Are they controlling the number of people inside at any one time? That's a greater concern, I think.

All restaurants are allowed to fill up to 50% capacity

They're queueing to sit inside? That's probably not a smart idea, I thought they were getting takeout. The weather looks nice so I'm not sure why someone wants to sit in a restaurant.
