this has been going on for years. he cannot articulate himself or his thoughts, there must be some sort of chaos going on within his mind. he'll start a sentence, cut himself off and start a new sentence/thought without completing either the first or second sentence, and sometimes afterwards he'll allude back to the first sentence, still without actually completing it. even taking political views or the content of his statements aside, he is just not an easy person to listen to
