I have 2 friends that work at massive healthcare companies in downtown Hartford, both have an employee that displayed symptoms and have been tested. Apparently it can take as long as 72 hours to get back results...

I worked remotely this week for this reason. By the time you hear that someone at your work has it, you’ve could have been socializing with that person or touching things that they have and then it’s too late to make that decision.
