JD was completely wrong for not eating that ball.

The throw was excrement and also took a horrible hop to the point that it even got away from the backup.

Pete Alonso is a bonafide star and JD Davis is a jabroni. So maybe don't show the guy up even if you think you're right!

This team sucks. This team sucked when they were in 1st place. When will Mets fans learn? Bunch of guys who rake when they’re either winning or losing by 6 runs. Guy on 2nd or 3rd base in a close game…pop up or strikeout every time.

It is such a kick in the dick to watch this 30-for-30 doc and then come back to reality and realize I root for a toothless, ballsless, vanilla team like this one. It absolutely brings me back in time, and simultaneously depresses me.

The Tears for Fears montage at the end of part 2 was amazing also. It really brought me back. Those were 2 of my favorite games that year. Perfect use of music too, really fit the time, mood and era.

At this point, who cares? Baseball has become unwatchable and every new rule they come up with makes it even worse.

The doc is killing me, because I forget how much I loved baseball as a kid and how much I’m just indifferent to it now. Baseball was my favorite sport for a long time. Not even close. Now, I’d rather watch anything else. Office re-runs I’ve watched 20 times each at least.

How Rojas got the job, and how he’s kept it this long, is a mystery. I follow along sometimes on Twitter and sometimes watch his pressers and there’s an insult to anyone who’s listening. Makes me feel like Wilpon might as well still own the club.
