The league policy part:
The NFL REQUIRES coaches to be vaccinated. If they got fired for not taking a vaccine, we cannot hire them unless they get vaccinated.

The team's interest part:
Introducing an unvaccinated coach into the team creates a risk of infection that could cost the team wins and money.

An anti-vaxxxer who was fired for not getting the vaccine is not a viable option.

And god.forbid our offensive coordinator has to coordinate the entire offense.

What if they work purely in a remote environment?

Or is that not a thing and just require teams to call them consultants or some excrement

Well if they're not interacting with the players directly they would bypass that requirement but how effective would that actually be?
