Was really productive in 2017 after Malik Hooker went down for the entire season.

Quality depth signing

Definite upgrade over Santos Ramirez (who he replaced)

Rex Hogan bringing in a lot of his guys, which is a good thing so far.

I love that our front office has ties to Baltimore, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Indy now. Four of the strongest/deepest organizations in football. Pretty soon we'll be in that conversation.

I'm definitely not tooting my own horn, but my cousin (giants fan) worked for the colts last year and has a close relationship with Rex Hogan. He was at Jets TC this year in the VIP tent per Rex and Joe.

He told me that we should expect a pipeline of Colts to the Jets, which seems to be pretty on par so far.

He text me earlier saying he loves this signing. Farley is a great locker room guy and solid player. He's been pretty on point so far so I trust him.
