Nets beat writers tweet yesterday that it's unfair for the Nets to put Simmons in a tough spot by throwing him into the action with minimal practice in Game 4 of a playoff series. Same beat writers making fun of Simmons for sitting out.

Rumors of our demise have been greatly exaggerated.

All well and good - now what’s Kyrie Irving’s status, i.e. NBA still have the no vax/no play policy?

It was never an NBA policy. It was an NYC policy which was lifted in the spring (just ahead of the MLB season). So no longer a factor.

That’s right, he couldn’t play at home.  Thx for the reminder.

Should have happened after last season. Especially if you're going to fire him this early the following season. Unserious franchise.

Rumor is that inquiries are being made on Quinn Snyder (would be a GREAT hire) and Ime Udoka.

I know what people are going to say re: drama on any Udoka hiring, but if they feel like he's the guy...I mean idk. We still don't know the details as to the consensual nature of the relationship that got him suspended.

It's definitely not a good look to add Udoka, given the Kyrie drama and his own drama. But Udoka was here before he went to Boston, so I'm sure the players and ownership might like him. Team is hard to root for already.
