Seems like just now I threw up in my mouth reading this post.

Current me to then-me is like "DUDE! If you only KNEW what I do!!"
Teams that draft well do so no matter where they pick. Teams that draft poorly do so no matter where they pick I want my team to win games and draft well

Seems like just yesterday I was hoping he'd be a Jet.

Jfc, I know as long-suffering Jets fans we have to battle low expectations, but this is pretty rough haha.

"I'm just hoping my next girlfriend has at least one working eyeball and a reasonable parole officer".

Reminds me of Jets fans on other forums/subreddits who were against signing LBell because, "we're fine with Maguire as our number one RB! He scored a touchdown that one time, remember?!"
Even though it's been decades of no championships, we can't be satisfied with mediocrity.

Hahaha

In fairness, I was going on his very small pro sample size and sitting in a position where there was virtually zero chance Darnold was going to be a future Jet.

All of my Jets fandom has been a series of "Give me better than I have, is that too much to ask?" Sam changed my life. #blessed

My dad always says he's undefeated at tailgating

DeMarcus Lawrence and Cowboys reach 5 year, $105 million deal per Rotoworld.

So much for hoping he shakes free next offseason.

Damn that's 21 million per year for Lawrence. These guys are just becoming so absurdly expensive. It's becoming nearly impossible to field a team with any elite talents on it, and be truly competitive across the board. I'd bet Lawrence is a real candidate to be moved or massively restructured when Dak's due a new deal.
Need a new one for a new board...

Remember when the Titans didn't trade him to Chip Kelly for basically everything?

Good times...
