If I can field a scout team with a 3A high school roster, an NFL team can too. 

There's no way in hell an NFL franchise has starting defensive players on a scout team.  Sounds to me like Adam Gase was just a nitwit and let Gregg Williams walk all over him.

Most likely. I only played in college, we had a million guys. I loved scout O, it was so much fun.
